I spent a day overhauling my office tech and adding a second monitor with this dual monitor mount. Very easy to install - I particularly liked the option to mount the table clamp on top - nice design. However, the arms are designed to support monitors weighing up to 31 pounds. That's why I bought it. I installed two 23lb Apple Thunderbolt Displays. No matter how hard I tighten the two adjustment screws - the main one on the side and the one for heavier monitors - on top, I can't keep the monitor upright. After 10-15 minutes both of them sag and lean towards the desk. I'll try again tomorrow but if I can't get the monitors to stay in place the mount will come back. So far the supplier for my application gets a 2 star rating for faulty product specifications, otherwise great.
