4/15/21 - 5 days after installing this product and still incredibly strong and holds my 27 inch monitor perfectly. The tension was easy to adjust to keep the monitor where I want it and overall the mount was very easy to install, I would say it took less than 5 minutes as you do everything from above. Slightly more expensive but I'd say it's worth it for the ease of installation and the quality of the product.

Absolutely the best product I have ever purchased and exceeded my expectations. Well designed. Easy to assemble. Not a million pieces. And it works like a charm. This is the third monitor stand I've bought in the last 5 years. It far surpasses them all. I don't often write rave reviews, but this product deserves it. Kudos to product designers and packaging people etc. Great product.

I was unable to properly assemble one of the levers due to a manufacturing tolerance error. It doesn't matter which side I tried. Also, I couldn't bend my elbow even though I followed the instructions and turned the Allen screw counter-clockwise more than 10 times!

I purchased this desk mount for my (2) Samsung 32" curved monitors. It was pretty easy to set up. very happy when I got it! The only thing that I think could be improved a bit is the plastic clip (monitor mount part) that slides into the arm slot. When the monitors are attached it feels a bit loose so you must adjust accordingly . I wanted a mount that could easily hold my monitors and this mount has no problem with that at all. I have purchased several monitor mounts in the past. This mount is by far the strongest mount I have ever used. In my opinion, it takes some effort to assemble and set up your monitors exactly how you want them to be. The clamping screws required for adjustment are very difficult to turn. One thing was clear afterwards: the lighter the monitor, the less tension you need. I currently have 34" and 27" installed and both fit fine. I spent a day overhauling my office tech and adding a second monitor with this dual monitor mount. Very easy to install - I particularly liked the option to mount the table clamp on top - nice design. However, the arms are designed to support monitors weighing up to 31 pounds. Update: Fixed issue. There are two small screws under the lever that tighten what appears to be a faulty connection. Once I put them on, the hand stays in place easily. They are easy to find if you search. I am now increasing my rating to 5 stars as this stand works exactly as I expected.
