Better than Target or Walmart
They're flexible and do what they're supposed to do and are as good a quality as any you'll buy from your local store. I think I bought a couple for 14.99 at target rate and they are a bit stiffer than these. I would recommend
- They do their job. I wish all apartments didn't have ties, but hey!
- Color options may not provide enough variety for individual preferences.
