Review on Sony WF-1000XM3 Black Truly Wireless Earbuds with Mic, up to 32 Hours Battery Life, Stable Bluetooth Connection, Wearing Detection and Alexa Built-in for Noise Cancelling by Adisorn Soon ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I like everything, the quality is good and the price is reasonable.

My first pair of TWS earbuds. On the plus side: Six pieces of ear pads—small, medium, and large—made of two different materials are included in the kit (plus two that are currently on the headphones). Even when I wear them all day, my ears never feel fatigued. Although my partner hardly ever wears them and will lose them with any movement, they fit comfortably in my ears and I have even gone on short runs with them. I was pleased with the sound quality, which is superior to Sony's not the least expensive wired headphones and is clearly superior to AirPods. Depending on the noise reduction, autonomy is declared to last 6–8 hours. I've even played them on a laptop and never stopped playing them. I was concerned after reading numerous complaints regarding the connection's bad quality, but everything is good for me: sound interruptions happen about once per week, and disconnections happen about once per month. Now, the drawbacks: The iOS app is still quite in its infancy and is likely to stay that way. Even when headphones may be attached to the phone, the app takes a while to find them. Only after our fourth attempt, without dismissing the program or locking the phone, did we succeed in eating the firmware for the headphones. But, you won't likely need this application again beyond the first gesture settings, which are actually fairly versatile; at most, you'll need it to check for firmware updates. The enclosure has a single LED and no charge indicator, indicating that it is operational. For headphones, the charge can be seen in the application or reported by the assistant when the device is connected or the charge is reduced (albeit only by roughly 100%, 70%, or 30%). The voice is average, but the average headset captures all the noise nicely. The case can be severely scratched, however since I was aware of this issue, I always wrote it down while the Alik case was on and I still had it alive. I use iOS, so my headphones can call Siri and answer the call through my headphones. However, I would prefer a quicker response when pressing the button. For around three seconds, headphones are connected (the assistant speaks after 1.5, but in fact 3). And a click's response takes between 0.5 and 1 seconds.

Pros
  • 1) Clear sound 2) Ownership 3) Design, ease of wearing. 4) The connection's quality. 5) Control customization.
Cons
  • 1) An iOS app 2) No indicators of charging 3. As weak as a headset 4) The case has scuffs.
