One of the brand new nibs that came out of the box didn't fit the pen. When trying to see if I could spot the problem I dropped it and lost it. The second tip I took out of the box fit perfectly. I hope I don't need a third one because right now there's a 50/50 chance it will fit. I would recommend a better product quality control process and packaging, perhaps one that allows you to fit the nib into the pen in a way that doesn't require you to tamper with the tiny object at the end of the pen. There are other companies that have made a pen with a replaceable nib and their nibs came in a plastic shoe which you slipped your pen over the new nib which was in the 'shoe' and lighter the first time to keep and to do right was . .
