Lack of customer service
I would give 5 stars, everything worked great at the beginning. However, it stopped working. Wifi no longer connected and the screen flickered. I'm still under warranty and got them on 8/10, 8/17. and 19.8. emailed and still haven't received a single response regarding a replacement. I also recently purchased their WiFi BBQ thermometer. Works great, I wanted to buy as a gift. No longer. I really hope that nothing happens. InkBird customer service is non-existent.
