Great item but the shipper folded it in half to fit in a smaller box.
I used another brand in the same size before. This Madam Sew brand is of excellent quality. Very easy to use and definitely heat resistant. I almost returned it because the shipper folded it in half but thought I'd try clicking on it first to see if it was still usable. To my surprise, he straightened perfectly, and I can't even say he ever bent.
