I ordered this bottle and used it with my Nathan Hydration Running Backpack. It worked very well the first time and I was very satisfied. The second time I used it, it dripped out of the hose. I emailed LiquidPro (Saturday) and received a response within 15 minutes. They suggested troubleshooting options that didn't solve the problem. (Hose washer missing). It wasn't clear that this wasn't my cause but they said it didn't matter and very quickly sent me a completely new install which works great. I am very satisfied both with the product and with the fast and thorough customer. Service! 5 Stars.
