Received first order, both pillow cases with broken zippers. One was on one side and on the other the teeth didn't engage/closed, opened. So I traded for another set, this one had good zips BUT the stitching was bad! Just one row of stitching and no tight stitching. The only way I can advise anyone to buy is that they must have the ability to sew all the seams, including the zipper. Otherwise I see the ends unraveling and if the seam tears it will unravel. I will be changing mine as I feel it is too difficult to find something similar elsewhere and I love the feel of the fabric and for the price it is well worth the time and thread. I love this orange color and the natural fabric. Spring. One side is like velvet and the other side is long "fake fur", nice and soft. I haven't washed it yet (until I change) and it sheds a bit (even with a little shine?!). I hope a quick wash later will get rid of the extra dandruff. Also not perfectly square 17"x18". I don't have pillow inserts yet, I haven't decided how "filled" the pillows are yet (some people recommend going up 2 inches for a fully inflated pillow). Revain handles returns and pickups well. Replacement so it's worth the risk to get a good kit and then re-stitch the stitches. If you can't re-sew I don't think it's worth buying.
