more problems with the company than the real speaker. I previously bought this speaker here new and it has been running for 1 year and still working. I wanted to add a second one and saw this certified refurbished one and thought it was great! not correct. I have now gone through the purchase and return of 2 speakers. The first speaker made no sound at all (this speaker made a special sound when turning on and off and didn't work with either) and didn't play music when pairing and trying multiple phones. I thought ok maybe I'll send it back and buy it again. I have just received and opened a second trial for this speaker through this company. Good news, there was a start-up sound when you turned it on. The bad news. I immediately noticed the distinct sound of a blown speaker. Sure enough, when I synced it up and started playing music over it, the speaker exploded. Not sure if I will attempt a third purchase or just try to buy it again as I really like the other one I bought new. All in all, a speaker is great when it works, but this company seems to have gone bust with computer speakers.
