I bought this for running as the days are getting shorter and it's difficult to find time to run when it's still light. I also bought it because it's super reflective but not flashy - I want cars to see me but not look like a traffic cop when safely on the pavement at dusk. The vest is lightweight, comfortable and easy to use. can be worn over a t-shirt or sweatshirt and has a nice back pocket. If I'm running and have something of the right size/weight in my pocket, I actually carry it backwards because (i) the pocket pinches less for my size when it's in the front and (ii) it's easier to get to reach it (e.g. to the phone). or substances). Easy to put on and adjust, although the height is not adjustable (just the width at four points). It fits my husband who is 12 inches tall so he will wear it to walk his dogs on winter evenings. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend to others.
