I've been looking for a good moisturizer for a long time. I bought this because it was a good deal to be honest, but I was pleasantly surprised at how light and moisturizing this toner was. I have dry, dehydrated skin and seasonal allergies ruin my skin. It was a really good first step towards moisture retention. The scent is refreshing but not overpowering. Smells clean and light. It's almost like flavored water, but much more. You take 3/4 drop in the palm of your hand and apply it to your forehead, cheeks, nose, chin and neck. The rest can be tapped on the hand. Right after toning you can move on to another serum/essence or go straight to moisturizer and then sunscreen. So excellent value for money.
