As a seasoned professional in the food supply chain, I was dissatisfied with my most recent interaction with Fantis. Although they have a wide variety of products to choose from, the website's poor design makes it hard for customers to discover what they need. There were a lot of steps involved in the checkout procedure, and it was slow to load between each one. Some of the things I ordered were missing from the shipment, and the ones I did get were of poor quality. In general, I would advise against using Fantis as a grocery store's internet alternative.
