Its advantages are that I have good hearing, but individuals on the other end of the line can, with the exception of my voice, hear everything that is going on in the room. When you lower the level, you will hear less of the background noise, but the loudness of the speaker's voice will also decrease. I haven't figured out what everything is yet, including whether or not it can be modified. Con: The left earpiece does not function, and I'm not sure if it's because of something I'm doing wrong or some other issue. In general, I did not find them to be very pleasant; nevertheless, it is possible that I will become accustomed to them over time.
