I like that it helps us track inventory very well with all our customers in one place! It also saves time by having everything organized into categories which makes finding things easier as well! Sometimes you have to go through multiple steps just get something done so sometimes this can be frustrating but overall easy enough system if used correctly. Overall good product we use mostly when sending work orders out or tracking them once they are completed. We love being able to see where every shipment goes at each location since there could always been some confusion about what was sent here vs who took care off etc..
