This item is perfect for me.

Just received today. He arrived sooner than Revane expected. I have a 2004 machine with a 30 pin cable which makes it difficult to use bluetooth functions. This item does exactly what I was looking for. Now I can stream music and receive calls which gives me new car functionality.
