I recommend this 2 liter hydrator. No more plastic taste after washing. It worked well and there were no defects (all parts were as advertised). When I first used it, it leaked a little around the lid. Not sure if that's how I capped it, but the leakage was minimal (I'd say less than 2ml total) and stopped after about 5 minutes. I'm not a fan of those camel tank style tanks (big round hole on the side) because they are very awkward to fill and close. However, they make it easier to fill the bladder with electrolyte powder. Some people mentioned that the bladder material is very thin. I didn't think that was true. It was the same thickness as my Nathan 2L bladder. This bottle cost a little under half what a well known brand would cost and it came with many other items not normally included (dryer, tube scrubber, cleaning tablets, carrying case).
