Gorgeous bakery!

I'd like to start my review by saying I've only been using it for two weeks so bear that in mind but for now I LOVE this bread maker. I feel like I'm being dramatic when I say it changed my life, but it really is. I no longer buy bread. Baking bread is so ridiculously easy and inexpensive that I don't feel the need to buy anything at the store. I've baked five different types of bread so far and user error aside, this machine works great. My mom had a bread maker about 15 years ago and the main thing I remember is that it was very noisy. This bread maker makes no noise when kneading the dough. It's a bit like a dishwasher or washing machine when you're in two or three rooms. At the same time, all the screams he makes when changing cycles annoy me. I know why this happens in case you want to get the bread out and shape it yourself, but I'd like to turn it off. (Maybe I can, but if it's true I haven't figured out how to do it yet.) I've only made bread in this machine so far, but I have jam ingredients and I love it. I don't know if bread makers have changed much in 15 years, but I do know my mom stopped using hers because she said it was too time consuming. That's definitely not the case with this car. At least not with the bread I've made so far: Viennese, potato, rosemary, garlic and tomato. This bread maker is the best Christmas present in a long time. In short, if you've been thinking about buying a bread maker and don't want to spend a lot of money, then this machine is for you. Oh, and I also have to recommend this book, The Bread Lover's Bread Maker Cookbook: The Master Baker's 300 Favorite Recipes for the Perfect Bread of All Time from All Kinds of Machines, for yet no less than perfect recipe.

Pros
  • SUITABLE FOR PREPARING DOUGH. Prepare various yeast doughs for buns, pizza crusts, cinnamon rolls and more in your bread machine and then bake them in a conventional oven.
