I love this camera. I just took it to Paris and was generally happy with the results, although I think I could have spent a little more time fiddling with the settings to improve the lighting in some situations. At the same time, it works quite well in "Auto" mode. The zoom is incredible. Just lean on something and everything will become clear. I LOVE that it uploads to Dropbox every night when I connect to Wi-Fi. Three things I found a little annoying - one day it started acting a little shaky as the battery dropped below 35%; The lens wouldn't close, the camera froze and I had to remove and reinsert the battery to fix the problem. The next day, when fully charged, he did the same thing a couple of times. A bit disconcerting, but I hope it's just because I've been using it all the time - turning it on and off, zooming in and out, changing settings, etc. Maybe the internal hard drive was just fragmented and tired. I turned it off completely, removed/reinserted the battery, and the problem didn't seem to come back, but right after that I barely used it. Another thing is that I've been pulling it out from behind my back all day and found twice that the battery compartment was open and the tiny card almost came out! EEEP! On my next trip I'll probably tape the battery door with a small piece of tape to prevent this from happening. The third issue for me was that this camera doesn't respond quickly when you turn it on. In my opinion, it takes a few taps to turn them on. I like to shoot outdoors quickly to catch something and I missed a few things because it just wouldn't turn on fast enough. (I'm talking about turning it on already for the first time in a day and then turning it on and off frequently - because it takes MUCH longer to start the first time after a long shutdown).
