This is the best laptop I have ever had for the price I paid. Phenomenal value and absolutely happy with the purchase. If you're looking for a no-frills, versatile, and complete laptop that doubles as a tablet, then this is it. Before buying, I saw that there are a lot of bad reviews about this product here. it's slow, it might be because of your SW setup. i7 with SSD - lightning fast. If downloaded software slows it down, I think Microsoft should be to blame, not necessarily DELL. There are also many other bad reviews here about not being out of the box. If DELL has a high field error/DPPM on this particular model, I can't comment on that. So, despite my excellent rating, please use your judgment before purchasing this product.
