The case does not highlight the new NVME

This key shows my WD Blue SSD 1TB as unallocated and when trying to allocate it it won't allow it and shows unknown errors. ssd If it's not "brand new", it will work after formatting the partitioned drive! But if you plan to use it as an interface to set up a new hard drive to upgrade storage, it won't work.
