This is my fourth set of AfterShokz headphones. I used to have Bluez2, Titanium and now Aeropex. The Bluez2 sounded good, but the strap was hard plastic and snapped after constantly flexing to tighten it. Titan was a big improvement - flexible and light. They sounded great and never had a problem with them. I just switched to Aeropex and loved it. They are thinner and lighter, yet strong and flexible, very comfortable to wear and don't slip at all. I haven't tested the battery life or water resistance yet. But the sound is incredible. I thought my Titaniums sounded great but this is a huge improvement. Previous versions still had an open-ear design, but they had visible speaker holes right in front of your ear. So I've always doubted the claim that these are true bone conduction headphones. They looked like regular headphones, except they directed sound to your ear instead of blocking it. Anyone standing nearby could hear quite a bit of the emanating noise. These Aeropex have no visible speaker holes, just a tiny hole for the microphone. You definitely have bone conduction. I turned them on and they sounded amazing, I held them in my hand and heard almost nothing.
