This is exactly what I was looking for. I've tried several wrist rests, some make my wrist sit at an odd angle due to the height, some are too soft, some are too hard, I've bought and returned so many so far. This is my first "sliding" style and it's a little weird, but I'm getting used to it quickly. It fits great, literally put a smile on my face when I started using it because my wrist felt good. The only downside I noticed is that you have to adjust your hand every time you stand up to find the right fit, but it only takes a second. Between work and play, my hand stays on the mouse at least 75% of the time, so it suits me. It works great with my MX Master 3 and my G703 so I'm happy camping now.
