Poor quality control
Apart from the Amazon tape, there was no shipping protection on the box. The product itself is beautiful, durable, complete with a postcard + hearts. I saw a small stain on the front and decided to exchange it. Not a big deal as delivery was quick. Unfortunately the replacement I received was worse! The printed lettering was dirty and looked like there was grease or some kind of residue on it.
