These are AMAZING things! I waited a few months to write a review because when they arrived I already liked them just for the look and feel of them, but I wanted to make sure they actually worked first. I was a bit skeptical as other reviews said they don't last well and given that they aren't super expensive but not cheap either I was afraid to order. However, I was so fed up with looking for a good solution for a non-slip product to use in my very gentle bath for my two young children that I was starting to despair a little. I've already searched three other products with suction cups that started building up nasty suds very quickly, and although I've cleaned them multiple times, the end result was that they always ended up in the bin. Not to mention that these types of anti-slip mats are really annoying when vacuumed up properly. In any case, I have a very smooth bathtub surface and cleaned it thoroughly before use, as indicated in the instructions. I used Dawn dish soap because it removes grease and is not a harsh chemical. After drying it thoroughly with a towel, I use rubbing alcohol which I just sprinkled on the bottom of the tub, let it dry for about 20 minutes and dry thoroughly again. Leave the towel on for another 30 minutes. They were very easy to put on and since I cleaned my tub properly they are still holding up with no nasty foam two months later! Yes, they feel a little rough, but they do the job of keeping someone from falling over, and as a bonus, they look really cute. I only wish there were around 2-3 more in a pack as there really isn't enough to cover your entire bathtub and two packs would be too many. They claim that removing them doesn't leave a sticky residue (another reason I decided to try them) but I'll have to wait as I don't plan on removing them until they're completely worn off. I very rarely leave product reviews unless I'm completely impressed, which unfortunately doesn't happen very often, and I didn't receive any discount or free product for that review in any way! An honest review of a great product so far.
