So I bought this product on September 26th, 2018. I only used it for a few months and then winter came. I haven't used it for about 2 months and today I go to plug it in and it's completely dead. When it worked it worked very well and I liked it. Then when it came time to guarantee a broken car that had barely been used, I had to pay $20 to ship a broken car back. I also bought a Square Trade guarantee to make sure I was covered but that's useless. So I'm paying for a year of warranty and it doesn't even do anything other than take my money and let the watch run for a year with nothing happening. I believe that something this expensive should be assembled properly and I didn't have to pay for shipping because their expensive blender was poorly assembled. I guess I should have just gone with my $30 blender that has held up perfectly for 5+ years. The product works well when it works, but if it breaks, hopefully it will do so while still covered in Revain.
