Used this on my Wells-Gardner K7000 15kHz Monitor to install gaming gear on my PC. The adapter harness that plugs into the monitor housing was not compatible so I had to cut off one end and plug in the appropriate Molex connector. In general, the adapter worked, but the picture was a bit washed out, mainly because my computer played 480p and above and couldn't zoom out. The main reason I wouldn't recommend this product for a PC arcade setup is that the input lag added by the adapter is very high, making some games that require high fidelity unplayable. I use this now mainly to test color signals on a CRT.
