These fit well. Not too bulky or baggy looking. I wear a size 3/5 or 4/6 in jeans and went with the 6 on these. I'm 5' 8.5" and weigh 130lbs. Just like in the photo I wear mine on the second to last or last notch. Not too small to warrant a size up. The "belt" part will inevitably wear out as belts always do but could easily be replaced. The legs are close fitting but not at all tight. I would even be able to get away with another layer under my jeans as I normally wear leggings under jeans in the colder months. Hardware is hardy and zippers zip smoothly. There is a flap of leather over the zippers which helps keep them from looking gaudy. Elastic on the inner thigh makes for a comfy forgiving fit. Nice especially when I'm sitting down as I have lengthy legs and without the elastic the thigh opening would cut due to the angle/tension created from being long legged. The back of the thigh openings zip too for even more flex in that area. Leather is medium thickness and pretty soft. Normally I require a longer length for any type of pant but these are the perfect length. Even with boots on and while seated. The bottoms are raw cut so a shorter person would be able to cut them to length and they would still look like they did when you pulled them out of the bag. I recommend these. I would say they fit me perfectly.
