Bought for my 15 year old whose old computer chair couldn't stand it anymore. Everything arrived safely, the parts were very well packed. All pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly, so there was no problem with mismatched parts. The chair was completely assembled in less than half a day and we took turns sitting in it. The massaging lumbar support connects via a USB cable, which was very convenient. I wish it had some settings (it's just an on/off switch) but it's nice nonetheless. You can adjust the lumbar pillow up or down with the included straps. Lots of adjustment options to find the most comfortable position. The footstool is very, very cool and this is our first chair of its kind with a footstool. It just flips over and slides down when you don't want to use it. Even with armrests, the chair fits perfectly under the computer desk, making it feel like a full-size chair, but it really isn't. The headrest is very soft, in addition, it is removable, so you can do without it if you wish. My daughter loves this because she can sit with her head thrown back with headphones on (because the pillow just sits on the back of her head leaving room for the headphones). It's an attractive, comfortable chair and appears to be of good quality. this will take several years. We would have gotten more if we had introduced the pink model.
