I received my first Hydrapak through a product testing group. I fell in love with it. You can freeze it and use it in your coolers, and then have water when it finally melts, you can warm the water up and throw it in your sleeping bag at night, you can easily pack it in your pack for backpacking and the filters work great in it. Sadly, I left mine in the back of my pickup all winter and it developed a hole. After debating trying to fix it myself or just get a new one, I threw it away not knowing they had a lifetime warranty. I just purchased another one and found out about their warranty. What an awesome company. Their products are so good they offer a lifetime warranty. The hydrapak is super portable and convenient. Like my description says, I will never go without having one of these, and me deciding to purchase another one should show how much I love them. The only improvement I would like to see is a lid keeper so the lid doesn't get lost. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing. Love it!
