video needs updating. The tool they show in the video is different from what you get, see my photos. While it's not the tool in the video, the tools provided were easy enough to get the hang of and there's a tutorial that helps. The biggest problem is that you are working with very small details. If you're struggling with skill and patience, you might want someone to do this for you. You can get frustrated trying to keep the group from moving while trying to handle the needle. You can see in my photo where the pin missed the hole on the other side. I had to take it back and start over. I appreciate the arrows on the strap, they help you know how to insert and retract the pins and also which side of the strap you are working on. I got a star for not being the instrument in the video but I was happy with the product, the strap is very good quality and I put it on in about 20 minutes. I also rated a group that has more links than I need. I have a fairly wide wrist and often find it difficult to find straps with enough links. I wear bifocals and did it without glasses. Normally I would just buy a new strap and take it to my local watch shop, but this time I wanted to try it myself. It was worth the money.
