My daughter (14) and I had a lot of fun putting this together. All materials were included (except scissors, Xacto knife and pliers I think). The instructions were a little confusing, but that's probably because this set was made abroad. Otherwise this is a very good and interesting project. Try to be specific. You can when cutting cord and wire or other material that needs measuring because they will give you just enough but not too much. We have ordered more and can't wait to finish it. For those wondering if this kit is suitable for younger children, I'll say "not really". This kit is designed for adults or very smart teenagers (middle-aged and older). Small children can help, but their options are limited.
