Return my money! Disgusting product and poor quality.
People, in my opinion, it’s better to take a more expensive model, I didn’t take an expensive one, since they were allowed to rent an apartment only at the expense of one month of payment. If you want to your apartment, buy well-known companies. This model is very noisy, I hope the neighbors will not complain about the buzz of the external unit. Peace for everyone.

- Firstly, the external unit was crippled, and apparently at the factory. Installers before installation (sorry for the tautology) reported that there might be a freon leak, as the tubes through which it flows are damaged. And perhaps it won't. Okay, installed. When turned on, the fan began to touch the cover. The installers fixed the defect. I don't know how long this equipment will last.
