I love Chase Harper bags, I have several of these and they are all pretty good to use. What you see is what you get, they're roomy and fairly bulletproof without the useless (to me) water bottle holders and key pockets. I like the lack of internal structure, I can buckle pockets when empty, YMMV. My biggest gripe would be the tiny zippers, they don't match the stiffness of the material and can be a chore to open/close the zipper. Some of my CH bags are 10 years old and the zippers are just as difficult to use today as the day I received the bags.
