I've been waiting over a month to get this for my disabled daughter and I so badly wanted it to work. I spend at least 20 minutes trying to figure out a way to get this to work, but I just couldn't advance the brackets far enough into the Inspire HR for the pins to fit in the appropriate holes. I changed a few straps and the old strap came back in seconds so it's not the process it's just the pins not aligning with the Fitbit. The quality looks very nice. Very disappointed it won't work.
