This item is absolute junk, not even worth selling in a Dollar Store or Five Below - don't waste your money. The poor quality of this phone is that one day I waited a long time to register a return. This was because he was 70 years old and technically disabled and had just figured out how to request this item to be returned to Revain. It's all the more disheartening that I've been a Prime member since the beginning and have been completely satisfied with my orders up until now. Coming back to this review, I would give this item "0" stars!
