Not for crazy moms

Phones are not for crazy moms. DO NOT buy your crazy mom's phone. She will call you every 30 minutes to tell you that she is still in England, when in reality she is sitting on her couch in the US making something up. I would send it back but she hid it so I can't. I may have to move to England now because she doesn't know how to call another country.

Pros
  • Glitter
Cons
  • Only available in black

NOT WORTH THE MONEY

I don't know how it differs from the regular princess phone you can buy for $12. Very easy. No additional features other than a blinker that lights up when the phone rings. This does NOT come with hanging hardware! Even the cheapest phones I've bought came with external hardware. My husband endured my mother with a few screws but they are easily removed. They show it hanging in the ad. You have to supply the equipment.

OK but too light and not loud enough for the hearing impaired

The phone base is too bright but the color is nice. The volume knob isn't loud enough when switching to a louder volume setting, which can be an issue for those with hearing impairments. All in all not a bad phone. I had to order a longer cable as the cable that comes with it is so short that when you pick up the phone it rips the base up in the air.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Useless features

Wrong phone on phones and accessories

The phone I received is very small, white not pink. The buttons are too small for my fingers, it's more like a little kid's toy phone. This phone is not for an adult, let alone an 86-year-old retiree. It's definitely not worth $34 and not what I ordered. Don't waste your time and money with this phone

This phone definitely does NOT match its description. The sound is tinny and muffled, like being in a barrel. Marketed as a phone for the hearing impaired seniors, don't be fooled. The ringer isn't loud and can't be controlled, nor is the handset tone or volume. What a big disappointment but then again the price should have told me what to expect. Don't waste your time and money with this product, you will be disappointed too.

Scrap - don't waste your money!

This item is absolute junk, not even worth selling in a Dollar Store or Five Below - don't waste your money. The poor quality of this phone is that one day I waited a long time to register a return. This was because he was 70 years old and technically disabled and had just figured out how to request this item to be returned to Revain. It's all the more disheartening that I've been a Prime member since the beginning and have been completely satisfied with my orders up until now. Coming back to…

Good choice for seniors with moderate dementia

Princess phones are usually described as cute and retro. Maybe the target group are people who miss the 1960s or want to live there. But there's another, even more important, market for these types of phones: people with dementia. My 84-year-old mother is in mid-stage dementia, similar to Alzheimer's disease. She recently moved into a nursing home and had to provide her own phone. Cell phones have too many (and too small) buttons for people with cognitive disabilities. Ordinary phones also have
