I was a bit skeptical at first and didn't think it would work, then my friend who uses it on her kids told me that they wear it all the time, during baths and weis Go to sleep. My guess is that the more heat that is consistently applied, the better it activates. And once I stopped taking it off, we didn't even know when the tooth appeared. There was no salivation, no chewing, no fussing. All her teeth grew up to 18 months and we never had to give her anything for pain because there was nothing!
