Much better than talking on the phone all day

Thanks to the COVID-19 epidemic, I have switched from face-to-face meetings to phone calls. In the first few days I noticed that my ears were getting "tired". I don't have a better term for it, but they're just tired at the end of the day. I decided to look for a headset and when I noticed that there were wireless ones I was very interested. I chose this product based on the high ratings and some reviews that mentioned a very high level of personal support for working with a really wide range of phones. I think I gave them a pretty good challenge. I am using a phone that is over 25 years old and has no headphone jacks and everything new. Some of you might not know what a 25+ year old phone is, so I'll just say it has buttons (no rotary switch - it's not that old!), the ability to store about 12 phone numbers, and a hold and toggle the sound off. Pretty old fashioned and simple is exactly what I like. I couldn't figure out the instructions that came with the headset. I called support and it may have taken about 15 minutes to get it working. I should note that the battery arrived uncharged and it takes about 3-4 hours to charge it for the first time. It would be a good idea to charge the battery (in the headset) and install it after charging. The charge lasts about 7 hours if the headset is always on. However, when you turn off the headset and place it on the charger (even briefly), it seems to take longer to charge. There are several headphone volume controls on the headphones, and the volume control is located under the base. You can also use the volume control on the phone itself. I find it best to set the phone volume first, then the mic volume, and finally the headphone volume. The stereo effect is also very cool. With the right settings, it feels like the voices are playing in my head - a completely different experience than the one-ear system we're used to. them within hours of use. I've been on the phone with her for two weeks now or 60 hours. They are quite comfortable (wish the headpiece was more adjustable but it fits very well). The ears don't get tired anymore. After a full day of phone calls, I still want to listen to music and watch TV on my surround sound system. Before I got the headset, it was a definite "don't go". Purchasing this headset had unintended consequences. My wife heard me talking about this and decided she wanted one too. In her case, she needed a headset with a USB port (for her computer). She didn't care that it was wireless. I bought her a set and she was very happy with it. She wore them for about 3 days and seemed to be in a much better mood by the end of the work day.
