Review on 🔪 Wusthof In-Drawer Tray Knife Storage: 7-Slot, Natural Wood Organizer by Jennifer Johnson

I bought this order as did the In Drawer Bamboo knife holder. This one was durable and great, but when I compared the two, I definitely liked bamboo better. I have a set of Wusthof knives and was hoping this would work, but the bamboo holder was better. The bottom and front of the Wüsthof are not closed, but they do close on a bamboo holder to keep the interior of the case from being damaged by the impact of the blade. I'm not worried about the blades dulling on bamboo as there are cutting boards made out of bamboo. Also, the tray was more difficult to remove from the drawer for cleaning because the knives were sticking out at the front or bottom. In general, a bamboo tray is better.
