I use it to walk my dog. Barely suited for 6ft 2in and 190lbs of muscle and 165lbs for an average 5ft 5in mom. The underbust fit isn't uncomfortable unless I'm looking in the mirror, but it was a good position to adjust slightly. The light pointed 110 feet to my distant fence. There are no street lights so it was very bright. Can't speak for urban use. I use it to cover the plants as temperatures are dropping faster than expected. It came preinstalled. I've used it a few times within 15 minutes and haven't charged it yet. I blinded myself trying, so be careful. My dog thinks it's a toy. The price on Amazon was fair. It gets even better when the manufacturer discount is subsequently approved. A wrist strap was included. I was expecting a reflective waist. I saw a simpler one at a warehouse club a few years ago. I regret not buying it for $19. This one is rechargeable, so you won't have to change batteries for a while, and the chest strap seems to keep it in place for my use. If the batteries can't be swapped out later, it's a waste of time, but I haven't gotten that far yet.
