The product was received in good shape and as promised. Assembly was a little more difficult than expected due to some holes did not match up and required them to be enlarged. Bolt heads were not identical and had to keep switching to a different socket. Once these problems were overcome the rest of the assembly went as expected. Rack has only been up five days but has almost 300 pounds of storage bins on it. No indication that rack won't hold weight as indicated. Overall, I'm satisfied with…

I had to have a handyman install this for me, but for a person with the right tools and help it isn't too difficult. Holds a lot of storage boxes. All Christmas stuff is now stored up in the garage without me having to go into the loft, and once again we can fit two cars in the garage.

When my husband said he wanted to put this up, I just thought okay. I had no idea how much it can hold! All of our Christmas decorations will easily fit up here, which means I just reclaimed a whole closet in my house! I plan on using the underside to hang wreaths and swags. Was it easy to install? Well, to be fair he did all the work. I did hear a few unsavory words, but I think that had to do with our builder's inability to build our walls straight.

I purchased (2) 4x8 units to put up over our double garage door. They came packaged extremely well. The instructions were clear, the materials are excellent quality, including all the hardware. I set them up at the max height of 40”. The installation went well, I installed these alone, it would have been easier having a second person especially when placing the 4x4 sections onto the vertical bars. These garage shelves are definitely worth the extra time it takes to assemble them. It took one day to figure out the all studs and mark at the measurement placements. It took two days to install two ceiling overhead shelves. Took about 4 hrs to install with only about 60 minutes of help from my wife. Could have done quicker with the right tools (and reading directions) from the start so plan on 3-4 hrs I would say but it’s pretty straight forward. Holds a lot more than I expected it would and love the use of formerly dead space.

I purchased two of these to create an "L" shape platform in the corner of my garage. It is very sturdy. The hardware and braces seemed heavy duty. With some ingenuity, I was able to interlock the supports and make some custom mountings where needed.

I am very pleased with the shipping for this product. Everything arrived in perfect condition and all the screw holes lined up. I was able to do all of the installation by myself. You will need someone to help you install the grid shelves as it is difficult to align the shelves with the clips all while on a ladder and balancing the weight of the shelves and yourself.

Super easy installation, 1 person until its time to hang the rack then 2 people makes for a smoother install. That's my feedback.
