Professional service with excellent customer support
The staff was very polite, professional, and attentive to our needs! There were few glitches in their system but they addressed them quickly and I am confident that any problems would be resolved as soon as possible. I have no complaints about this software other than it being too expensive. We are using ConferenceNet's website as an avenue to register attendees at conferences we host here locally. This helps us keep track of registrations and allows people who cannot attend live events (elderly or otherwise) the ability to participate remotely.
