Best Event Manager We Used So Far, Very User Friendly

The best part is that this software was easy to set up for our event team (it basically did everything we needed). It took some time getting used it at first but once everyone got use of how they could edit information there were no complaints from anyone! I wish their customer service department would step things UP!! They do have phone support which helps sometimes as well so don't discount just because its not live chat or an email option like most companies offer these days :) But other…

  • Allows you see every persons registration in one place
  • Ability add personal notes next too guests without any issues, even late ones.
  • Best features being able search your saved searches by date range/event type /etc..and having different views per day available also really neat feature.especially when using custom templates !!!! : )Also love ability customize template colors..not sure why more vendors dont integrate color choice within tools

Great User Friendly Event Management System

I like that it's easy to use for both exhibitors as well as registrants! It is very user-friendly which makes training easier too since nothing complicated there (yet). Nothing really - but just make sure all your options are set up correctly so everyone has access they need at their fingertips without having multiple things open or spread out across screens/devices etcetera.- The font size needs adjusted because people tend not look over some elements of info when entering data; also if…

  • Great mobile app support, including ability view previous entries while offline.
  • Lots going fast..if something breaks we get notified immediately through email alerts.good service overall though sometimes slow response times due mostly likely server capacity related issues..it happens regardless whether using PC desktop version OR smartphone versions...(not always responsive servers)

Excellent platform and service, reasonably priced & easy set up

The ease of use is great! There's not much to dislike about this software other than it would be nice if there was more customization available for your event (i'm sure that will come). I've been using their services since they started offering them back when i used my previous job at another tech vendor years ago - so we're already familiar with how things work here now :) They offer many different types/sizes packages as well which helps keep costs low while still providing enough value added
