Review on 💡 Sylvania Lighting 78038 – High Efficiency Equivalent by Paul Evangelista

All in all, these bulbs are exactly what you'd expect: a replacement for traditional incandescent bulbs. They are screwed into normal lamp holders. They are only slightly longer than incandescent bulbs, so they easily fit in most fixtures. They are dimmable, so they work with dimmer switches (of course) and should also work with old electronic timers. The reason I bought these bulbs was for the color temperature, which is the number in the bulb's specs that ends with K (K stands for Kelvin). Soft white is 2700K and I find it too yellow for my liking. Daylight is 5000K ie blue white light, in my house which has a lot of cream paint and natural wood I found daylight makes those colors creepy and woodwork dark and lifeless. I like warm white and bright white, which usually indicate a color temperature between 3000K and 3500K, but my impression is that they are not standardized color descriptions, unlike soft white and daylight, which are consistent. More importantly, non-soft white and daylight color temperature lightbulbs are hard to find where I live, so I came to buy my lightbulbs online. These lamps are 3500K. I have already used a few of these and they decorate the interior of my house.
