I mix this product. I thought replacing my Google Homes with this Alexa would be an upgrade, but I regret my decision. I practically have to yell it to confirm my open command, and then when I try to control the music from the phone app it takes forever to connect and play, if it even decides to do so. Not sure if it's the app or the Alexa device itself, but it does this with all 3 Alexa devices so I'm guessing it's the app. I am disappointed with these purchases. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice but still the same slow connection issues. I will most likely return to my Google Homes as they have always connected quickly and easily.
