Review on 🔊 Naxa Electronics NHS-2007 42-Inch Bluetooth Wireless Sound Bar System by Angela Anderson

As previously reported here, the soundbar is decent, but the remote control is a piece of junk. The buttons on the remote control will break down over time because you abuse them to make the soundbar respond. I contacted NAXA and they told me they don't sell replacement ECUs; and they recommended me to "use a universal remote control". As noted here, universal remotes will not work because NAXA uses proprietary codes. I asked the rep what universal remote works with this soundbar and he said he didn't know. The contempt with which NAXA treats its customers is appalling, but not surprising given the many comments here.
