Satisfaction depends on how you use yours.

This product is great for punching multiple sheets at once. This is not good for one or two sheets at a time. The guide centers the holes and doesn't snap (at least I couldn't find a way to do it). This works well for stacks of paper as they are stiff enough not to collapse when the paper guides are adjusted. However, one or two pages will fold when you try to position the guides. I have two hole punches on my desk, my old one that doesn't punch more than 5 sheets and this one that only punches 5 or more sheets. Also, the guides only center the holes, so if you want,
