Not advertised 9/32" holes. More like a 7/32" hole. It may not seem like a huge difference, but it's there when you're hemming. Also, there's no way to lock the paper guides to a fixed width. It's very easy to just bump the for Punching loaded paper There is no way to even glue the paper guides, they have to be pushed in and adjusted with each set of documents loaded Overall very poor design.

This product is great for punching multiple sheets at once. This is not good for one or two sheets at a time. The guide centers the holes and doesn't snap (at least I couldn't find a way to do it). This works well for stacks of paper as they are stiff enough not to collapse when the paper guides are adjusted. However, one or two pages will fold when you try to position the guides. I have two hole punches on my desk, my old one that doesn't punch more than 5 sheets and this one that only punches

This is a very well built, quality two hole punch that has worked great for us. This thing is built like a tank and after 2.5 years of regular business use it still looks and works like new. It is designed to perforate 40 sheets of paper. I like to be a bit conservative when it comes to stamping, but I typically do 30 sheets of (heavier) 22 lb paper.
