This refurbished product was at a good price but I can explain why it was returned. The keys are not registered sequentially each time. This is my third Brydge keyboard. I love the build quality, button layout, dedicated iPad buttons, and Bluetooth connection speed. This keyboard was purchased for my new iPad Pro and just isn't comfortable for typing. Too many missed letters and the need to return.
